Nandan S 16/03/2023 1 / 10 I booked 6 rooms for first week of April 2023. Booking was done on 15 March 2023 evening. Since I got an official appointment, I asked for cancellation on 16th March morning itself and assured them that I will re-book after one month. But they unnecessarily deducted 20% of my booking fee even though I requested for cancellation within 12 hours from my time of booking. This is not at all acceptable since they haven't displayed the cancellation policy anywhere on the website nor on the emails they sent. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all. |
